Genome browser

Left panel allows selection of tracks to display in the genome browser. The JBrowse view by default contains Genbank annotation track [Genes], the structural annotation of newly defined RNA elements [Segments] and a track combining all microarray expression profiles [All conditions].
Additional tracks can be displayed using the left secondary tracks panel, including:
  • Global RNAseq landscape: log2-read coverage of global RNA-Seq library
  • 5'-end RNAseq landscape : log2-read coverage of 5’-end RNA-Seq library
  • Transcription Start Sites: putative TSSs with predicted sigma factor motif
  • PETRIN terminators: predicted intrinsic terminators
  • Probes: probes of the high-density microarray used in the study
  • Probe expression profiles: log2-expression signal for 32 group of biological conditions (normalized log2-expression signal of each probe)
  • Gene expression profiles: log2-expression signal for 32 group of biological conditions (value computed for each genomic element as the median of normalized values of all probes)
  • Flavo-1 RNA segments: RFAM predictions corresponding to Flavo-1 RNA element
Click on a genomic object in the browser allows to get associated information.
Click on the track label of expression profiles give information on the color legend of displayed biological conditions.
