F. psychrophilum OSU THCO2-90 expression browser

5’-end RNA-Seq data were used to produce a confident list of transcription start sites by identifying promoter sequences upstream of 5’-ends positions. These promoters clustered into distinct groups (see figure 2) that correspond to putative sigma factors regulons. The list of TSS can be explored by Locus Tag, downstream gene, genomic coordinates, type of sigma-factor consensus sequence (column [Motif]). Sequence encompasses 50 nts upstream and 10 nts downstream of the TSS. Upper case indicates predicted sigma factor binding site.
